PlayStation has released a new trailer for Destiny 2’s upcoming The Final Shape expansion. The trailer showcases the Pale Heart of the Traveler, which is a new destination that players can explore in the upcoming expansion. along with some other surprises.
Earlier today, the official PlayStation YouTube channel uploaded a new trailer for Destiny 2 The Final Shape named “Journey into The Traveler”. The video description for the trailer reads, “Journey into The Pale Heart of the Traveler, where paradise has been twisted into corruption. Stop the Witness before it’s too late.” Spoilers below.

First Look At Returning Characters In Destiny 2 The Final Shape
This trailer showcases some new locations in the Pale Heart of the Traveler destination, along with a glimpse of some familiar faces that fans might encounter during the campaign.

The latest trailer for the upcoming game reveals that the campaign will feature several characters, including Savathun, The Witch Queen, Empress Caiatl, and Mithrax, Kell of Light.
In other news, Bungie has revealed that The Final Shape expansion will bring a brand-new subclass called Prismatic to the game, that will allow players to combine the abilities from both the Light and Darkness subclass already present in the game.

In addition to that, the developer has also revealed Destiny 2’s first-ever exotic class items that will feature not one, but two exotic perks from other exotics in the game. Bungie has also revealed the release date for The Final Shape raid, which takes place on Friday, June 7, 2024, just three days after the expansion’s release.
Destiny 2 The Final Shape is set to launch on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
