Bungie revealed Trials of Osiris’ return in Destiny 2 last month. Since then, there has been a lot of feedback on some of the major that Bungie has made with this pinnacle PvP activity; one being, the artifact power level advantage enabled. This change caused an outrage in the Destiny 2 community and Bungie finally commented on the situation saying the Artifact will be disabled in Trials of Osiris.
In This Week At Bungie blog-post, Bungie has revealed that the artifact will not be disabled for the first weekend of Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2. “Unfortunately, Season of the Worthy has already been released for certification, so we won’t be able to disable the Artifact’s Power for the first Trials weekend. We have the fix in-house to disable it and are testing it this week, and hope to deploy it on Tuesday, March 17,” Bungie said.
