Here are the god rolls for the Omniscient Eye sniper rifle in Destiny 2, along with how you can unlock it.
The Garden of Salvation weapons have long been a fan-favorite due to their Vex aesthetic, and Destiny 2 players have long been calling for a refresh to their weapon perk pools.
Omniscient Eye is one such weapon, a Solar 140 RPM Rapid Fire Sniper Rifle that saw some Crucible action back in Season 8, and arguably the hardest chase out of the Garden of Salvation raid weapon pool. Let’s see how to get it, and what you want on it.
How to Get Omniscient Eye in Destiny 2
There are two ways to obtain the Omniscient Eye Sniper Rifle.
- The first way to obtain Omniscient Eye is by defeating the final boss in the Garden of Salvation raid, the Sanctified Mind. Upon defeat, Omniscient Eye is one of three possible loot drops, the other two being armor.
- The second way to obtain Omniscient Eye is through Suraya Hawthorne’s ‘Deepsight Signal’ quest. The quest requires you to complete all encounters in the Garden of Salvation for that week and will offer one red border Garden of Salvation weapon of choice.
Destiny 2 Omniscient Eye PvP God Roll
The God Roll I’d recommend focuses on boosting Range, so you can make those stretch headshots, with a touch of handling on top of its already monstrous handling stat.

With Smallbore, a Range Masterwork, and the new Ballistics weapon mod introduced this season, you have 70 range and 70 handling. For perks, Lone Wolf is also new this season with some great benefits.
Aim Assist is never bad, and the fact that it doubles (going from 10 to 20) with no allies within 15 meters is a massive benefit for Sniper playstyles. Snapshot is again, a staple, and gives free Stability when enhanced.
This’ll make for a snappy, reliable sniper, but there’s another PvP option you should consider, as Omniscient Eye can roll with Elemental Capacitor.
Destiny 2 Omniscient Eye PvE God Roll
For PvE, Rapid-Fire Snipers have great ammo economy but often struggle in the damage department. While it doesn’t look like Omniscient Eye is going to beat out Ice Breaker (check out our guide here), it does have a great combo to give it a Whisper Of The Worm feel, focusing on offloading tons of shots with a ramping damage effect.

Fourth Time’s The Charm and Precision Instrument are an excellent combo for boss damage or Champion wiping. With Fourth Times putting ammo back into your magazine while Precision ramps up the damage, you can pump out your entire reserves in no time at all with the speed of a Rapid Fire Sniper.
Excellent for boss damage phases where there’s an easy crit. You could even pair it with Whisper in your Heavy slot for some of that double Sniper action.
Note
Enhanced Precision Instrument is currently bugged and cannot be put on a crafted Omniscient. This will be fixed in a future update, but it’s still worth rolling with the regular version of the perk.
