Here’s how to get the Prosecutor auto rifle in Destiny 2 Rite of the Nine, along with our recommended PvE and PvP god rolls.

With the Rite of the Nine update, three dungeons, Prophecy, Ghosts of the Deep, and Spire of the Watcher, are getting refreshed loot pools. One weapon making a comeback is the Prosecutor, and it’s got some excellent perk combos this time around.

This returning 450 RPM Arc auto rifle from the Prophecy dungeon is a standout option in both PvE and PvP, making it a top-tier choice among auto rifles.

How to Get Prosecutor in Destiny 2

To get your hands on Prosecutor, you’ll need to complete the Prophecy dungeon during the Rite of the Nine event. Loot from these dungeons can now be attuned, similar to how it worked in the Into the Light update. Attunement can be done at the Emissary in the social space for Rite of the Nine.

Each weapon in Rite of the Nine has its own small quest, which rewards you with one free drop upon clearing the dungeon.

Some recommended weapons for the Prophecy dungeon are: Lord of Wolves for the first boss and The Queenbreaker for the final boss.

Rite of the Nine weapons also feature a new Origin Trait called Gravity Well: Reloading this weapon automatically gathers nearby ammo.

Destiny 2 Prosecutor PvP God Roll

Prosecutor is a very lethal weapon inside the Crucible, it’s easily one of the best-feeling auto rifles in Destiny 2. The time-to-kill (TTK) isn’t extremely quick, but it more than makes up for it with how easy it is to control.

Here is our recommended roll for the weapon:

BarrelArrowhead Brake (+30 Recoil Direction, +10 Handling)

Destiny 2 Prosecutor PvE God Roll

This version of Prosecutor comes with a nice roll for gathering stacks of Bolt Charge very quickly. Dragonfly will wipe out low-tier enemies, and Rolling Storm will reward you with stacks of Bolt Charge for every kill you get. Bolt Charge turns any ability damage into a mini nuke, especially with this season’s Artifact.

Here is our recommended roll for the weapon:
