A new leak from an influencer accidentally posting a promo case has revealed the official title for the next Battlefield game.
It’s been an eventful couple of months for Battlefield fans. Following a wave of leaks from early playtests, fans have gotten sneak peeks at gameplay, maps, and even entire modes from what’s coming next in the franchise. Between long gameplay videos, details from private lab sessions, and even new mechanics being spotted, the hype has only grown with every new leak.
Now, we have a new and unexpected leak that pretty much confirms the official title for the next Battlefield game, and it looks like a full reveal could be just days away.
Promo Case Accidentally Reveals Battlefield 6 Name
The latest leak comes straight from an influencer who received a promo package from EA. Earlier today, well-known content creator DooM49 shared a photo on X (formerly Twitter) of a large, silver promo case with “BATTLEFIELD 6” stamped right on the front. So yes, the next Battlefield game is indeed called “Battlefield 6.”
The image didn’t stay up for long, the post was quickly deleted, suggesting this was a major slip-up and not meant for the public eye yet. But as is always the case with the internet, once it’s out there, it’s out there.
According to the now-deleted post, the promo case appears to be locked tight with three bright red straps. Each strap is marked with Battlefield’s iconic multiplayer mode names: “CONQUEST,” “BREAKTHROUGH,” and “PTFO,” the latter being a nod to the “Play The F***ing Objective” mantra loved by long-time fans.

The #SponsoredbyEA hashtag in the post is a clear sign that this is a promo drop ahead of some official reveal. With the official “BATTLEFIELD 6” logo on the case, there’s no more guessing about what the game is actually called, this is as official as it gets before an announcement.
Battlefield 6 Reveal Date
So, when is the official Battlefield 6 reveal actually happening? Right now, EA hasn’t confirmed an exact date for the Battlefield 6 reveal. But with these promo packages already showing up at influencers’ doors, it’s a strong sign that something big is about to drop.
Based on how these kinds of marketing campaigns usually go, there’s a good chance the full reveal could happen within the next two weeks. EA tends to send out these packages right before making an announcement, so fans likely won’t have to wait much longer to get their first real look at the game.
While we haven’t seen what’s inside the case (yet), these kinds of influencer kits usually come packed with game info, swag, or even early access codes.
