The latest claim comes from an X user who shared a post discussing information from a Chinese account. According to the post, this Chinese account had previously claimed that Resident Evil 9 Requiem would get extra content focused on Chris Redfield and Ada Wong before the game was even released.
The X user, @fatiimaabdou, said what makes the claim more interesting is that many of this account’s earlier leaks reportedly turned out to be true after players finished the game. That does not confirm the DLC, but it does explain why some fans are taking this one more seriously than a random online rumor.
According to the translated Chinese text shown in the post, the leak claims that Resident Evil 9 Requiem will receive two DLCs. One will reportedly focus on Alyssa and Leon, while the other will focus on Ada and Chris. The same post also claims that a new mini-game or extra mode will be added later.
The leak also includes several story-related claims. It says Leon and Grace are the main characters, Victor is the final boss, a familiar face returns, a little girl is actually a biological weapon, Alyssa is not the monster chasing Grace, Elpis can cure all viruses, Leon dies in one ending, and HUNK also returns.

For now, this should be taken with a grain of salt. Capcom has not officially confirmed these two DLCs, and even accurate leakers can still get details wrong or share plans that later change. Still, the idea of Leon, Alyssa, Ada, and Chris being part of Resident Evil 9 Requiem’s post-launch content is more than enough to get fans talking.
