Brie Larson, who played Captain Marvel in the MCU, now commented on whether she would like to appear in an Animal Crossing movie. In an interview with People.com, here’s what she said:
“Of course. I support Animal Crossing all the way, through and through. I think it’s good for our hearts.”
It turns out that Brie Larson is a classic fan of Nintendo’s lifestyle games. Starting from Nintendo GameCube, here’s how she explained her Nintendo childhood memories.
“The original game, the first time I played it was on Nintendo’s GameCube and it was just so important to me and my sister [Milaine Desaulniers]. My mom set up a rule: whoever finished their homework got to play first. It was an amazing tool to get us to finish our homework.”
It’s no denying that these times are hard with the COVID-19 global pandemic and social distancing. Good thing is that we have a new Animal Crossing game – New Horizons, now live on Nintendo Switch. The game is going strong with some noticeable changes as compared to previous Animal Crossing games.
“I’m so excited to make new memories with my sister again,” she says. “We’re adults now and yet we still just have such a deep love for this game and it’s been really fun to talk with her about it.”
Captain Marvel actress explained how the game connects with the real-time. “It’s daytime when it’s day, it’s nighttime when it’s night. And the game was constantly surprising you,” she continued. “If it was Halloween then it was Halloween in the game and you could go trick-or-treat at your neighbor’s houses. It just really blew our minds.”
