Here’s a list of all the new and returning weapons coming to Destiny 2 with the Ash & Iron update.

Bungie’s next major Destiny 2 update, Ash & Iron, is officially dropping next week, on September 9, 2025. Ash & Iron brings a bunch of stuff, including the return to the Plaguelands from Destiny 1, a new three-player activity called Reclaim, and an “Epic” version of the Desert Perpetual raid. There’s also a huge list of sandbox changes, Exotic weapon updates, and progression updates revealed earlier this week. (Check them out here)

But just like previous content drops in Destiny 2, there are also new weapons to unlock with the Ash & Iron update. Bungie has already confirmed that there will be two new exotic weapons coming with this update: one Kinetic slot weapon and the other in the Heavy slot.
