One of these quests is an exotic quest called Missive that requires you to complete a certain mission, collect items, and defeat enemies with certain abilities. When Is Ruinous Effigy Releasing In Destiny 2?
Ruinous Effigy is now live in Destiny 2 with the exotic quest Missive. You can go to Prismatic Recaster to get started with your quest.
Destiny 2: Ruinous Effigy Exotic Quest Complete Guide
STEP 1- Missive
“Visit the Prismatic Recaster in the Annex of the Tower near the Drifter.”
Simply head to the Prismatic Recaster located on the left of Drifter at the Annex, Tower.
STEP 2 – Gift
“Complete the mission “Interference” on Io.”
For this step, you need to complete the mission “Interference” located on the Io. Open the map of Io from your Director and you’ll be able to launch this mission from there.
STEP 3 – Pendulum
“Collect Calcified Light fragments on Io, Titan, Mars, and Mercury using Ghost’s Nav mode. Defeat Savathûn’s Marionettes on Io and Titan.”
- Calcified Light fragments: 25
- Savathûn’s Marionettes defeated: 15
To complete this step, you need to collect 25 Calcified Light fragments located on Io, Titan, Mars, and Mercury with the help of your Ghost’s Nav mode. Along with that, you need to defeat 15 Savathûn’s Marionettes on Io and Titan.
STEP 4 – Feed
“Defeat targets with Void damage, chain precision multikills, and complete Gambit or Reckoning. Higher tiers of Reckoning and defeating invaders/defeats as an invader grant additional progress.”
- Precision multikills: 25
- Gambit or Reckoning completions: 18
- Void kills: 100
You need to get 100 Void kills, get 25 precision multikills (defeat multiple enemies with the precision shot in a short duration), and complete 18 Reckoning or Gambit matches. Keep in mind, the higher tier Reckoning bosses grand more progress.
STEP 5 – Shape
“Decrypt your Gift at the Umbral Decoder.”
Head back to the Annex, Tower, and decrypt your exotic gift at the Umbral Decoder located to the left of the Drifter.
