If you don’t know, Destiny 2 has a competitive playlist for players who love to test their abilities and reflexes in-game. With each season, Bungie introduces a new set of weapons for three activities (Vanguard, Crucible, and Gambit). Previously, these weapons were Pinnacle as they came with a unique pinnacle perk. But, with Shadowkeep, Bungie introduced Ritual Weapons in place of Pinnacle weapons. Ritual weapons aren’t as powerful as pinnacles but they do offer some decent perks.
Destiny 2 Competitive: 9-year-old gets To Legend, Thanks to Fallout Plays
A Destiny 2 YouTuber named Fallout Plays recently uploaded a video of him helping out a 9-year-old gamer with competitive. If you’ve played this playlist, you would know how difficult it could be at times for solo players. So, CJ, Fallout, and Rhythm, teamed up to help this player get a 5500 scores in Comp. Getting 5500 (or Legend) competitive unlocks a really powerful legendary hand cannon added with Forsaken called – Not Forgotten.
The whole video is nineteen minutes long and shows some of the wild adventures in Competitive this team had gone through. It’s these kinds of things that matter in the Destiny 2 community; players helping out other players.
Other than that, Destiny 2 will be getting Empyrean Foundation later today with the weekly reset. Players will need to donate Polarized Fractaline in order to rebuild the Lighthouse that’ll eventually bring back Trials of Osiris in season 10.
