Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve seen a bunch of new leaks and reports for unreleased characters, maps, and modes for Marvel Rivals, and fans can’t seem to get enough of them. Just today, there was a leak for Season 1 cover art.
One of the most anticipated aspects of the new season is the confirmed addition of the Fantastic Four as playable characters, along with updates to the Battle Pass, maps, and game modes.

Marvel Rivals Season 1 Start and End Date
The first official season of Marvel Rivals is set to kick off on Friday, January 10, 2025. The season will likely run through March 2025, though the end date hasn’t been confirmed.
Marvel Rivals Fantastic Four Leaked Abilities
Season 1 brings the Fantastic Four into the spotlight, each equipped with unique abilities to enhance gameplay. Here’s a quick rundown:
Mister Fantastic Abilities:
- Elastic Punch: Stretch out a forward punch to attack enemies. (LMB)
- Brainiac Bounce: Leap and smash, knocking back enemies within range. Upon hitting an enemy, leap again up to six times. (Q)
- Reflexive Rubber: Stretch body to absorb damage before launching stored damage in the targeted direction. (LSHIFT)
- Flexible Elongation: Select a target and dash at it, dealing damage to enemies and granting bonus Health to allies. (E)
- Rubber Grip: Extend arms forward to entangle hit enemies, then press (LMB) to select and yank two more enemies.
- Elastic Strength: Skills generate Elasticity, boosting attack power. Reaching full Elasticity triggers an Inflated state that restores Health and boosts even more damage. (Passive)
Human Torch Abilities:
- Fire Cluster: Launch forward a splittable fireball. (LMB)
- Supernova: Unleash shockwaves to deal damage to enemies within range. During skill activation, the flame field will transform into a fire tornado. (Q)
- Plasma Body: Hold LSHIFT to enter a state of accelerated ascent. (LSHIFT)
- Pyro-Prison: Connect flame fields to form a firewall that deals burning damage to enemies. (E)
- Flaming Meteor: Dive towards the ground and stun nearby enemies. (F)
- Blazing Blast: Launch a fireball to create a flame field at the targeted area. (RMB)
- Team-Ups: Omega Fire (Storm)
- Storm can consume one of Human Torch’s fire tornadoes into her ultimate to ignite her hurricane. Human Torch can turn Storm’s hurricane into a firey hurricane with his ultimate, which will enlarge the intensity of his fire tornadoes caught in its path.
Invisible Woman Abilities:
- The Invisible Woman is able to slip in and out of sight without a trace. No matter how intense the battle may be, Susan Richards always keeps her cool, conjuring up impenetrable force fields to protect herself and her team. (thanks, X0XLEAK)

Marvel Rivals Season 1 Battle Pass and Skins
