Marvel Rivals Season 5: Trailer, Confirms New Heroes, Map & More

In a new teaser shared across Marvel Rivals’ official social media accounts earlier today, NetEase revealed that Season 5 is titled “Love Is a Battlefield.” The announcement came in the form of a stylized wedding invitation featuring Anna Marie (Rogue) and Remy LeBeau (Gambit), a perfect nod to the couple’s long and complicated history in the Marvel universe.

The invitation confirms the date November 11, 2025 (tomorrow), with the “venue” listed as Krakoa, home of the X-Men. The design leans into a romantic playing-card theme, complete with hearts, spades, and the signatures of both characters. The post was captioned with:

The caption for the teaser image reads: “Some bonds are forged in battle. Others are written in destiny. Gambit and Rogue are tying the knot—a duo defined by danger, devotion, and unstoppable chemistry. When love meets power, the world takes notice. Tomorrow, the story takes center stage, and we warmly invite you to join us in celebrating this special day!”

It ends with a clear hint: “Tomorrow, the story takes center stage.” This all but confirms that the official Season 5 trailer will drop on November 11, giving players their first full look at the update before its expected release on November 14.

So, there we have it. The official confirmation that the two new playable heroes in Season 5 are indeed Rogue and Gambit, a long-requested duo known for their chaotic chemistry and unique powers.

Right now, it’s unclear what their roles will be. But based on the leaks, Rogue is a Strategist, uses her signature power-stealing abilities to temporarily borrow enemy skills mid-battle. Meanwhile, Gambit appears to be a Duelist, fights using kinetic-charged playing cards.
