This has been a really hot week for Call of Duty leaks and rumors. Firstly, there was a surprise rating for MW2 Remastered that went up on a Korean website. Then, players found out in the game’s files that Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is indeed a thing and is coming soon. Now, we have another rumor that claims that Activision is working on a Modern Warfare 3 Remastered.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Remastered Incoming?

This information comes from TheGamingRevolution (Account suspended), who has been leaking Call of Duty and Activision games for a while now. In his tweet, he mentioned, “MW3 Remastered has been getting worked on for a while now too so I wonder how/when that’s going to drop.”

It’s really interesting seeing all the (g)old Call of Duty titles returning to the current-gen consoles and who knows, even next-gen consoles. According to TGR, Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered will drop on Monday, March 30th, but seeing there’s no official announcement for it, it seems highly unlikely.

But on the other hand, Activision did the same thing with Warzone, announcing it just one day before releasing it. So, we’ll have to wait and see how it turns out. What are your thoughts on this? Let us know in the comments!

Call of Duty Modern Warfare is released on October 25, 2019, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
