Today, we’re talking about the original Destiny aka Destiny 1. We all know how fun Rise of Iron expansion was. Even if it was not on the scale with The Taken King, Rise of Iron did deliver a great chunk of content including one of the best raids – Wrath of the Machine. If you haven’t tried this raid, here’s a quick rundown. There are a total of two boss encounters divided into two different phases with one encounter just being a challenge called Siege Engine. The first one is Vosik, The Archpriest, and the main final boss is Aksis, Archon Prime. After 3 years, a player in Destiny 1 has finally soloed the Vosik encounter making it the world’s first solo challenge.

Destiny 1: World’s First Vosik Phase 2 Solo

A Destiny 1 player on YouTube named Aksis Bake (clearly a big fan of this raid) has released a video showcasing how he completed the Vosik phase 2 all by himself. Other encounters like Siege Engine and Aksis have been soloed before. Thanks to Aksis Bake, Wrath of the Machine can now be completed solo. Here’s the video of him demolishing Vosik in the raid:

One thing is crystal clear; armor in Destiny 1 was way cooler and good-looking if we compare it to Destiny 2 armor sets. Just look at that Titan, those SIVA infested gauntlets really need to return in Destiny 2 (or something new altogether). What are your thoughts on this?

Destiny was released on September 9, 2014, on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. Destiny 2 was released on September 4, 2017, on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It was released later in 2019 on Google Stadia.
