A new Marvel Rivals leak has revealed early details about what’s coming in Season 4 and Season 5.
Season 3 of Marvel Rivals is right around the corner, and there’s already a lot to look forward to. The new season, titled The Abyss Awakens, is expected to officially go live next week on July 11, and it’s bringing two major heroes to the roster: Blade and Phoenix.
Alongside the new characters, players can expect the new Klyntar, symbiote-themed map, some big balance changes, and a batch of new skins, many of which lean into more symbiote themes.
But even though Season 3 hasn’t launched just yet, new leaks have started popping up online, hinting at what could be coming in Season 4 and even Season 5. If these early reports are legit, it looks like the future of Marvel Rivals is going to get a lot more mystical, and surprisingly romantic.
Early Marvel Rivals Leaks About Season 4 and Season 5
The new info comes from a well-known leaker and dataminer named X0X_LEAK, who shared several interesting details on X (Twitter). While none of this is officially confirmed by NetEase or Marvel Games, this leaker has had a decent track record when it comes to Rivals updates.
According to the post, Season 4 will take players to K’un-Lun, the hidden city tied to Iron Fist and other martial arts legends in Marvel lore. That could mean new characters, maps, and even team-up mechanics built around that ancient mystical setting.
As for Marvel Rivals Season 5, things take a softer turn. The leaker claims the theme will focus on “love and the eternal touch of romance.” That’s a pretty big shift in tone, especially compared to the darker vibes of Season 3. We don’t know yet how that theme will play out in-game, but it could open the door for Valentine-style skins, couples-based team-ups, or even events centered around Marvel’s more emotional storylines.
The leak also mentions that the Fantastic Four will be getting MCU-inspired skins, likely sometime during Season 3. These could be alternate outfits based on the upcoming The Fantastic Four: First Steps movie, which would make sense with all the hype building around the MCU reboot.
