A new Battlefield 6 leak shows off 21 grounded operator skins, giving fans hope for a more realistic shooter experience ahead of the multiplayer reveal.

It’s no secret that Battlefield 6 is one of the most talked-about shooters this year. EA officially dropped the reveal trailer last week, showing off intense, large-scale combat, next-gen destruction, and a campaign that puts players in the middle of a modern war scenario. Fans have been hoping for a strong comeback after Battlefield 2042, and from the looks of things so far, that might actually be happening.

In the months leading up to this reveal, we’ve seen multiple leaks pop up, from closed playtest footage to early gameplay clips making their way online. Now, there’s even more. This time, the leak gives us a look at some of the in-game character cosmetics, specifically, 21 operator skins that players can expect to see at launch.

21 Battlefield 6 Operator Skins Just Leaked Online

Earlier today, a leaker named Misaka_Mikoto_01 shared a batch of images showing 21 different soldier skins from Battlefield 6. Three of these appear to be full operator sets, organized into squads of four, while others are shown individually. And the good news? They actually look like real soldiers.

Instead of flashy, over-the-top cosmetics like we’ve seen in recent Call of Duty entries, these Battlefield 6 skins stick to military realism. It’s a refreshing change, especially for longtime shooter fans who’ve grown tired of neon face paint and anime capes in their tactical FPS games.

From what we can see, the skins are tied to different classes, each one wearing distinct gear that fits a specific region or environment. Some have desert camo, others are decked out in ghillie suits, and all of them carry realistic loadouts and accessories. The design feels focused and grounded, clearly aiming to stay true to the series’ roots.

You can check out some of the leaked images below.

In case you missed it, full gameplay footage from the closed test has also leaked recently, giving a better idea of how the game plays. EA has confirmed that the official multiplayer reveal will take place on July 31, 2025, so we won’t have to wait much longer to see it all in action.

What do you think of the leaked skins? Are you liking the grounded approach so far? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
