Bungie has revealed during today’s Destiny 2 reveal stream that the game will be getting an upgrade on next-gen consoles – PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
During the stream, Luke Smith disclosed that Destiny 2 will support 4k 60 FPS on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. With that, players can expect a very minimal amount of load times which has been the main issue for the game on current-gen consoles.
Along with that, Bungie has also revealed three brand-new expansions coming to the game in the span of the next two years. We have a separate article that digs deep into the release date of these three new expansions. You can check out the article here.
Speaking of next-gen consoles, Sony will be hosting their PS5 event on Thursday, June 11, 2020. As for Microsoft, they will host their next Xbox Series X live stream in July. What are your thoughts on this? Let us know in the comments!
