Bungie has revealed the full list of new Artifact perks arriving in Destiny 2 with Episode Revenant Act 2.
It’s been over a month since the launch of Episode Revenant Act 1 in Destiny 2. For those unfamiliar, Episode Revenant marks the second episode released in the year of The Final Shape, focusing on the storyline of Fikrul, the Scorn, and notable Eliksni characters.
In a shift from previous seasonal structures, Bungie introduced a new release format with this episode, releasing all of Act 1’s story content on day one. This allows players to experience the entire Act’s story in one sitting, eliminating the need to log in weekly for new quest updates.
With Act 2 of Episode Revenant launching next week, Bungie has now shared a preview of the upcoming Artifact perks that will soon be available to players.
Destiny 2 Episode Revenant Act 2 Artifact Perks
Destiny 2’s Episode Revenant Act 2 launches on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. And with that, players will have access to five new perks for the seasonal Slayer Baron Apothecary Satchel Artifact—one in each column—unlocking new buildcrafting options.
Bungie shared a preview of the Revenant Act 2 Artifact perks during today’s developer livestream. Here’s the complete list of new perks coming to the Artifact in Destiny 2 Revenant Act 2:
- Authorized Mods – Melee: The armor energy costs of all armor mods affecting your melee are significantly discounted.
- Emergency Flare: Emergency Reinforcements consume all but 1 Armor Charge.
- The Thick Of It: Rapid final blows, while surrounded, grant you Armor Charge.
- Boost: While you are surrounded, your weapons have increased handling. Swords gain increased charge rate.
- Curative Orbs: The first time you break a target’s shield or break the shield of a Guardian using their Super, you create an Orb or Power.
- Boost: Picking up an Orb of Power, an Elemental pickup, or a Tangle grants you a small amount of health.
- Arc Compounding: Arc sources deal increased damage to Blind targets.
Players can also look forward to the Tomb of Elders, a new activity inspired by Destiny 1’s classic Prison of Elders. Wondering what to expect? Check out our overview of Tomb of Elders for more details.
In other news, Bungie has announced free loot to thank the community for uncovering a recent perk weighting bug. As a gesture of appreciation, players will receive curated god rolls for select weapons, along with double loot for the Vesper’s Host dungeon, adding even more excitement for fans.
