Dataminers have uncovered potential Dawning 2024 armor sets, weapons, and some cosmetics, following the release of Destiny 2’s Episode Revenant earlier this week.
Destiny 2’s latest Episode, Revenant, has been officially released, which brings the Scorn and Eliksni into the spotlight with Fikrul, the Fanatic, taking center stage as the primary antagonist.
This new episodic content further expands the beloved Onslaught activity, with Onslaught Salvation. Players also have brand-new exotic armor pieces for each class, as well as potion crafting, which allows them to boost seasonal Artifact perks and reward drops.
Shortly after the update 8.1.0 went live, players quickly began looking through the game files, hunting for clues about future content. Their efforts seem to have paid off, as some have uncovered what could be our first glimpse of Dawning 2024 gear.
This includes new armor sets, a new weapon, and several cosmetics items.
Destiny 2 The Dawning 2024 Armor Leaked
According to the leaked details shared by the Discord user rocksiza, it looks like this year’s Dawning armor will be dragon-themed. The armor sets, called “Astral Stasis Drake,” were extracted from the game files, and will be available in the game’s Eververse store when the event goes live later this year.

Even though these armor sets appear to fit perfectly with The Dawning’s wintery aesthetic, some players are speculating that this “Astral Stasis Drake” gear may just be a Stasis-themed armor set, especially since Stasis hasn’t received its own unique set in past events.
Destiny 2 The Dawning 2024 Weapon Leaked
In addition to the armor, we also have details about the new legendary weapon for The Dawning 2024 event. It’s a new Void Linear Fusion Rifle called “Mistral Lift.” Here are some of the weapon stats for this new legendary weapon: (via light.gg)

There’s also a range of cosmetics revealed, including the “Wintry Neigh-bor” Ghost Shell, “Dawning Lights” exotic ship, and the “Glowmobile” exotic sparrow. These all seem like they could drop with The Dawning 2024, but nothing is confirmed as of now.
It’s important to take all of this with a grain of salt. While the datamined files suggest this content could be part of The Dawning 2024, we haven’t received any official release dates or confirmation from Bungie just yet.
