The developer accidentally published a new preview trailer for The Final Shape on Destiny’s official YouTube channel.
Last month, during the annual Destiny 2 showcase, Bungie revealed the final expansion for Destiny’s Light and Darkness storyline called The Final Shape. The reveal trailer showcased a new destination called “The Pale Heart” inside the Traveler, and it seems fans have another sneak peek at the new destination in a recently leaked preview trailer.
Earlier today, a new preview trailer for The Final Shape went live early on Destiny’s official YouTube channel. This trailer focused on the upcoming in-game destination known as “The Pale Heart,” showcasing both new and familiar places that players will soon have the opportunity to explore.

The video is titled “Destiny 2: The Final Shape | The Pale Heart of the Traveler Preview.” Check it out below.
Shortly after the video went live, Bungie realized their mistake and promptly made the video private, removing it from public view. However, it was already downloaded and shared online by some fans.

The Pale Heart is the first linear destination in Destiny, with the portal at one end and the Witness’s giant monolith at the other. Joe Blackburn, the game director, explained that every area in The Pale Heart is built in a “consecutive line from one to the other.”
Apart from the new destination, The Final Shape will also add a brand-new raid, that upon first completion will seemingly unlock the final story mission for everyone, regardless of whether players have completed the new raid or not.
