Destiny 2 The Final Shap New Subclass – Prismatic

Prismatic is a brand-new subclass coming with The Final Shape expansion, in addition to the previously revealed new Light subclasses. This new subclass will allow players to combine both Light and Dark subclasses; “Prismatic is the new subclass in The Final Shape where you can combine certain class abilities for different damage types together.”

“In Prismatic underneath your Super bar, there’s a Light meter and a Dark meter. As you deal damage with either Light damage or Dark damage, it fills the respective sides of the meter. Once both sides are full, you’ll get this new level of power that we’re calling ‘Transcendence,'” said Sam Dunn, Gameplay Feature Lead at Bungie, during the gameplay preview livestream.

the Grim. Below is the list of all enemy types in the Dread enemy race.

Destiny 2 The Final Shape – Exotic Class Items

Lastly, Bungie has revealed Destiny 2’s first-ever exotic class items coming in The Final Shape. However, unlike the exotic class items in Destiny 1, these new exotic class items will allow players to “steal” two exotic perks from other exotics in the game.

“These new exotic class items allow you to steal perks from other exotics and combine two perks together into one single exotic,” said Sam Dunn.

Destiny 2’s Executive Creative Director, Luke Smith has reaffirmed that Destiny 2 is not ending after The Final Shape expansion and that the studio will reveal future plans for Destiny after the player defeats The Witness in the upcoming expansion.

“Facing The Witness is not the end of Destiny 2 and it’s definitely not the end of Destiny. After you face The Witness, we’re going to tell you what’s coming next to Destiny and beyond,” said Luke Smith during the gameplay preview livestream for The Final Shape.

Destiny 2 The Final Shape is set to launch on June 4, 2024, on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
