Destiny: Rising Gameplay Details
Destiny: Rising offers a wide range of game modes catering to both PvP and PvE enthusiasts. According to NetEase Games, players can look forward to campaign missions, 6-player co-op strikes inspired by the challenging raids in Destiny 2, and additional modes that promise diverse gameplay experiences.
In a departure from the main series, Destiny: Rising introduces a new weapon type: the Crossbow. Additionally, the game will debut a new weapon rarity tier called “Mythic,” expanding the arsenal beyond what’s currently available in Destiny 2.
The story is set in the post-Dark Age era, providing a fresh narrative for players to explore within the Destiny universe.
“From the sanctuary of Haven, a refuge for the Lightbearers and survivors, to the icy, ancient metro of Jiangshi, and the arid expanse of the Red Sea Rift, the official story description reads. “Traverse diverse Sci-fi biomes and uncover hidden stories and adventures in a distant future Earth. Search for the seeds of hope that will shape the future of human civilization in an entirely new Destiny narrative.”
