Grand Theft Auto 6 is easily one of the most talked-about games on the planet right now. Rockstar’s next open-world crime game has been years in the making, and every tiny update around it turns into a major talking point within minutes.
After two trailers, fans are now waiting for the next proper look at Vice City, Lucia, Jason, and whatever Rockstar has planned for the game’s huge 2026 launch. Take-Two recently gave players another important update during its latest earnings call.
The company once again listed GTA 6 for November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. That alone was enough to calm some concerns after the game’s previous delay, but it also raised the next obvious question: when is Rockstar going to show more?
GTA 6 Trailer 3 Release Date Rumor Points To Next Week
Fans have been trying to guess when GTA 6 Trailer 3 could arrive, and now it seems we might have a possible date. Might is the keyword here.
According to a new claim shared on GTAForums, user Graczdari_91 says their sources suggest that GTA 6 Trailer 3 could be released next Tuesday, May 26. The same user also claimed that an announcement could happen as early as tomorrow.
That name matters because Graczdari_91 previously pushed back against the recent Best Buy preorder rumors, which later turned out to be wrong. Because of that, some fans are paying closer attention to this new claim than they normally would. Still, this is not official information from Rockstar Games or Take-Two, so it should not be treated as confirmed.
The comment being shared around also adds another interesting, but very clearly unverified, detail. The user jokingly wrote:
“If you can give me a link where I can bet 1,000 Euros that the third GTA VI trailer will be out on Tuesday, I’ll place the bet,” the user said. “I might even bet it’ll be announced tomorrow, though my mates in the Sony sales department are telling me on WhatsApp to keep an eye out, as Rockstar has given Sony a little something for marketing purposes.
“Of course, there’s a 99.9% chance they’re having a laugh at my expense, but I’m going to watch it anyway, if only for Wolverine. In any case, let’s enjoy it. It’s all good.”
What’s interesting is, another known leaker, Kurakasis, has apparently backed up this rumor, saying in a post on X: “My spider-sense tells me that it’s true.” For now, all we can do is wait and see.
Take-Two’s latest earnings update also gave fans a better idea of how big the company expects the next year to be. The publisher reported $1.58 billion in net bookings for Q4 FY2026 and $6.72 billion for the full fiscal year, while also saying it expects $8.0 billion to $8.2 billion in net bookings for FY2027. That jump is clearly tied in large part to GTA 6, which remains Take-Two’s biggest release on the calendar.
