Persona 4 Revival is official, announced during the Xbox Games Showcase 2025.
For years, fans of Persona 4 have been hoping for a full remake, and the wait is finally over. After months of rumors, leaks, and a whole lot of online speculation, Atlus has officially announced Persona 4 Revival during today’s Xbox Games Showcase 2025.
The build-up to this reveal has been nothing short of wild. Over the last few months, rumors started going around after a mysterious new domain name appeared online, and alleged concept art made its way across social media, implying that the Persona 4 Remake announcement was coming. But now it’s official, Persona 4 is coming back in a whole new way, under the title “Revival.”
Even though there’s no release date just yet, the teaser trailer gives us an exciting first look at the updated visuals and style. Fans get a quick glimpse of familiar faces and locations, all reimagined with modern graphics that stay true to the heart of the original.

The Persona 4 Revival announcement took place during the Xbox Games Showcase 2025, surprising plenty of fans who have been waiting for any kind of news. While Atlus stopped short of giving us a release date, the new title and the teaser are more than enough to get people excited. The will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
