Epic Games Store is one of the most ambitious gaming projects we have seen. Epic Games was already a big company prior to the success of Fortnite. However, Fortnite’s success opened new horizons for the company. Steam is still the number one gaming platform without a doubt. It is highly accessible from around the world and it is second nature to download for players. But this platform is offering something else for both players and publishers. Epic Games Store is taking only 12% commission from publishers whereas Steam is taking %30. For the players, Epic Games Store is offers free games and some of these games are amazing. This week we have Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Faeria.
Assassin’s Creed series is one of the most famous gaming franchises out there by Ubisoft. The series was different prior to AC: Origins, they were much less like RPG and more like stealth. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate was one of those games and even though it sold very well, it did not get the best recognition. It was certainly not a bad game and if you have a thing for 19th-century London, you will enjoy it. The other game that Epic Games offers is a lesser-known but fun card game called Faeria. The game is super interesting and immersive. Players play this digital card game on a dynamic playing board. The game got very good reviews and even released a DLC a must-try game in our opinion.
Assassin's Creed: Syndicate and Faeria are FREE on the Epic Games Store until February 27!

As we have said before Epic Games Store is an interesting adventure. On the one hand, we have Steam a giant in the industry, which is something players enjoy, but on the other hand, competition is good for the consumers. That is how we are getting these games for free. Every week EGS is offering 2 games for free be sure to check them out.
