Bungie revealed during their live stream on Tuesday, June 9th that Destiny 2 will be getting a brand-new dungeon in Season of Arrivals called – Prophecy. This new dungeon is now available free for everyone. Meaning, even if you don’t own the Shadowkeep Annual Pass, you can hop in this new activity and experience it. Today, we’re going to discuss how you can acquire all Urns in the Prophecy dungeon in Destiny 2.
Destiny 2: Location of Urns in the Prophecy Dungeon
There are a total of 12 Urns that you can collect in this new dungeon. While there are no lore pieces attached to these collectible, you will unlock the “Urn It” triumph when you’ve collected all twelve urns. Below, you can see the location of these urns.
Urn 1 can be found right at the landing spot when you launch the dungeon. Head back and jump on the platform above you.
Urn 2 can be found in the area where the Derelict portal takes you. Simply turn around, enter the round hole and you’ll find this one behind a giant rock.
After First Encounter
Urn 3 can be found after you’ve completed the first Taken Centurion (hallway) encounter that actually drops some loot. Progress forward and on your right, you’ll see four holes. Right beside the fourth hole, you’ll find this urn.
Urn 4 can also be found in this area. Simply jump in one of these holes where you’ll find four blights. Go towards the third blight and you’ll find this urn behind some rubble.

Urn 5 can be pretty tricky to find. After you’ve completed the first boss encounter, you’ll spawn in the Wastelands. Turn around and go to your left where you’ll find some pillars. Follow these pillars and behind the fourth one, you’ll find this urn. (Behind the red ring)
Urn 6 is also located in the same area. After completing the Wastelands encounter, go towards the huge door and don’t enter. Go to you left where the wall ends and you’ll see more pillars at a distance. This urn will be behind the third pillar.
Before Hexahedron (Rotating Room)
For Urn 7, you need to enter the Hexaheron (rotating room encounter). Don’t start the encounter just yet. This urn will be sitting on the gold rectangular platform way high above the spawning ground.
After you complete the Hxahedron encounter, head towards the ceiling by jumping on the series of platforms. Urn 8 can be found right beside the glowing Taken eye stuck to the ceiling.
Once entering the Rainbow Road, go up the road instead of going down and you’ll find a platform on your right with the Urn 9 on it.
In the middle of the road, you’ll find three large round entrances with a tiny door in it. On the third entrance, clear the ads and head in the door. Follow your way to the top and head right towards the huge round window. From there, you’ll see a platform to your left which will have Urn 10.
Before Final Boss Room
After you get sucked in from the rainbow roads to the next area with a giant “Nine” symbol in front of the wall, head to the right staircase case and you’ll find Urn 11 right behind the wall.
Final Boss Room
After entering the final boss room, look up and you’ll find a giant triangle. Make your way up towards the triangle and you’ll see a platform behind it. Hop on the platform and you’ll find Urn 12 there.
There you have it! Location of all 12 Urns found in the Prophecy dungeon in Destiny 2.
