Plus, if you take on the hardest version of this activity, there will be Adept weapons waiting as a reward. Learn more about this activity here.

4. Barrow-Dyad Exotic Gets Its Exotic Catalysts
The Exotic SMG Barrow-Dyad, introduced in Heresy Act 1, is finally getting its first two Exotic Catalysts in Act 2. The last two Catalysts for this gun will arrive in Act 3, so players will have something to look forward to in the next update as well.
5. Guardian Games 2025
Guardian Games is back on March 11, and this year, it’s bringing a new boss rush mode called Rushdown. In this mode, you’ll face off against bosses from various campaigns, seasonal story missions, and Exotic quests. There’s also a brand-new Gladiator-style armor set for each class:

7. Trials & Competitive Solo Loss Forgiveness System
Starting in Act 2, Trials of Osiris and Competitive playlists will get a new loss forgiveness system for solo players. If you’re a solo player who gets matched against a bigger fireteam (duos or trios), you get a loss forgiveness as long as you “do not quit, go AFK, or intentionally throw the game.”
“Any solo player that gets matched against a larger fireteam in either Trials or Competitive will be granted loss forgiveness for the match, on the condition that they do not quit, go AFK, or intentionally throw the game,” said Bungie in the latest This Week in Destiny blog article.
