Destiny: Rising officially launched this week on mobile, and it’s brought a neat bonus for Destiny 2 players: a new emblem called Starboard Forward. It’s a limited-time cross-promotion, and yes, it’s free if you complete a short event inside Rising.

Bungie and NetEase Games confirmed the collab and the method: finish Bear the Light in Destiny: Rising to get a unique code, then redeem it to your Bungie account. The emblem is available for a limited time, so don’t wait.

How to get Destiny 2 Starboard Forward Emblem

To unlock the Starboard Forward colloab emblem, you need to complete the Bear the Light event in Destiny: Rising that asks you to do three simple things: clear Chapter 1-1, clear Chapter 2-1, and reach Team Level 21. When all three are done, Destiny: Rising shows a unique code you’ll redeem on Bungie.net.

Keep in mind that the Bear the Light event is only available until September 25–26, 2025, so as of today, you’ve got just under four weeks (about 26) to finish it event and get your code.
