Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is one of the top shooting games right now. The game had a very good start however after the SBMM issues it lost a little bit of wind. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is the CoD that after a long time it was more realistic than the ones before. When we are considering the current game it is better than most at least in sales numbers. The game switched to a Battle Pass method rather than selling loot boxes. Most of us still can not understand why is there microtransactions in a $60 game but still here they are. Call of Duty Season 1 was a moderate success also. However, it is ending soon and the Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 2 trailer just leaked.
The call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 2 trailer’s main focus was the upcoming things. First, we had a chance to see Ghost which is coming to the game as a playable character most probably as a microtransaction. Later we saw the Rust map coming into the game as well. It was one of the best maps in the earlier CoD titles. We will also see another Battle Pass for season 2. If players completed their Battle Pass progression they will not have to pay for CP and can get with the CP they earned. But the most interesting part was there was no Call of Duty Modern Warfare Battle Royale mentioned in the trailer.
This can be due to two different reasons. In the earlier leaks for the CoD Battle Royale mode, we learned that it might come as a standalone game rather than as a mode. This will make it a separate game and thus will not be in the trailer. According to leaked the Battle Royale mode was in development by Raven Software. Modern Warfare is the actual game developed by Infinity Ward. However, the second reason is that maybe the Battle Royale is not coming or we will have to wait until season 3 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This can be true also. We will see the Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 2 will begin on February 11th, 2020.
