CDPR revealed the new date for Cyberpunk 2077’s Night City Wire earlier this month. And now, it’s finally time for some new exciting news about this massive RPG of 2020. We already know that there’s going to be a brand-new trailer, fresh gameplay, and a developer session where they’ll go in-depth with some details about this game. In this article, we’re going to discuss everything that’s revealed during the Cyberpunk 2077 live stream from today (June 25th).
Cyberpunk 2077 Trailer – The Gig
Check out the brand-new trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 – The Gig. In this trailer, we get to see the prologue of the game and some of the quests that you’ll see in the early part of the game. You can watch this trailer below:
Free Cyberpunk 2077 Upgrade for PS5 and Xbox Series X
During the stream, Hollie mentioned that Cyberpunk 2077 will get a free upgrade for the next-gen consoles – PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. On top of that, players who have already bought Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 or Xbox One, will get the game for free on PS5 and Series X.
Cyberpunk Edgerunners Anime Announcement
Cyberpunk Edgerunnners is an anime from CDPR in collaboration with Studio Trigger and Netflix, that’s set in the Cyberpunk universe. It’s a standalone anime that will be available on Netflix in 2022. Cyberpunk Edgerunners features the Night City but with completely different story, and characters. Watch the new Cyberpunk Edgerunners announcement below:
Cyberpunk 2077: Braindance Gameplay
CDPR also showed new gameplay footage featuring the braindance editor which apparently allows the players to play the game from someone else’s perspective. The editor itself has features like fast-forward, and backward, with a free-roam camera that can help you analyze the sequence more deeply Check out the new BD gameplay from Cyberpunk 2077 below:
Cyberpunk 2077: Night City Wire Episode 2
At the end of the stream, Hollie did mention that there will be a new episode for Night City Wire in just a few upcoming weeks. We’ll get more details on this from CDPR themselves very soon.
