A new logo has just been filed by Microsoft which seems to look like the new logo for Microsoft’s next-gen console – Xbox Series X.
According to Justia Trademarks, the Series X trademark was filed on April 16, 2020, earlier this month. We don’t know if this new logo is going to be used moving forward with Xbox Series X as of now.
Apart from the logo itself, we don’t have any information about the next Series X reveal. Our guess is it’ll be held, if not in April, definitely in May, where they’ll talk about the Xbox Series X exclusives and other launch titles.
As for Microsoft’s next-gen console, there have been many rumors about Microsoft finally unveiling their other, a bit light, next-gen console, which goes by the codename – Project Lockhart or Xbox Series S.
Xbox Series S is also rumored to feature a 4 Teraflops GPU of memory compared to Series X which is a whopping 12 Teraflops GPU. The rumored date for this reveal is May 5, 2020, but it could be something else too, so take it with a bit of salt.
