The full Destiny 2: Edge of Fate soundtrack has been revealed early, showcasing all 19 tracks and their composers just hours before launch.
We’re officially less than 24 hours away from the launch of Edge of Fate, the next big expansion for Destiny 2. This expansion marks the beginning of the new “Year of Prophecy” and the new Fate saga. Bungie has already shared a ton of details over the past couple of weeks, covering everything from weapon tuning and ability balance to a whole batch of new legendary and exotic gear.
Just like with every major expansion before it, Edge of Fate also comes with a brand-new soundtrack. And now, thanks to an early release in certain time zones, we’ve got the full official tracklist, complete with song titles, composers, and runtimes.

So, where did this come from? The tracklist appears to have gone live early through the Year of Prophecy Collector’s Edition, which includes a digital copy of the full soundtrack. Bungie had previously stated that e-delivery of the OST was expected on or before July 15, 2025, and it looks like some regions, like New Zealand, got it as soon as their clocks rolled over.
Update: The full soundtrack has been spotted on YouTube, but it’s currently set to private. That said, if you’re using a VPN set to New Zealand, you can access and listen to the entire tracklist.
If you’re wondering how this stacks up to previous expansions, Edge of Fate’s 19-track lineup is noticeably shorter. For context, The Final Shape and Lightfall both launched with 38 tracks, The Witch Queen had 32, Beyond Light included 34, and both Shadowkeep and Forsaken featured 22 tracks each.
Aside from the soundtrack, Bungie has also revealed the name of the new raid coming with Edge of Fate; it’s called The Desert Perpetual. It’s set to go live this Saturday, July 19, 2025, with Contest Mode active for the first 48 hours, just like previous raids. You can check out all the details here.
