Bungie has finally showcased the three new PvP maps coming to Destiny 2 later this year in May.
In a statement last year, Joe Blackburn, the former Game Director of Destiny 2, announced the development of a dedicated PvP Strike Team. This team will be solely focused on producing top-notch PvP content for fans of the game.

Blackburn confirmed that Bungie is actively working on a PvP map pack for Destiny 2, which will introduce three new maps to the game and will be completely free of cost.
In February 2024, Bungie announced the titles of three new maps:
- Eventide Labs on Europa
- Cirrus Plaza on Neomuna
- Dissonance on Terraformed Pyramid Ship
Destiny 2’s New PvP Map Pack Release Date
During the third developer livestream earlier today, Bungie announced that Destiny 2’s free PvP map pack will be released on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Below, you can check out the screenshots captured by TGP for each of these maps.
