Just days before Bungie’s big reveal, a major Destiny 2 leak reveals new expansions, Collector’s Edition items, and key release dates for Year of Prophecy.
Bungie’s next big Destiny 2 reveal is set for May 6, but some major details have already leaked ahead of time. A store listing briefly went live on the Bungie Store, showing the full product page for the Year of Prophecy Collector’s Edition.
The leak includes information about the expansion lineup, the Collector’s Edition contents, and when players can expect everything to release.
Destiny 2 Leak Reveals Renegades Expansion, Collector’s Edition Items, and July Release
The $275 Destiny 2: Year of Prophecy Collector’s Edition was first leaked earlier this week, when fans spotted it on the Bungie Store. At that time, the store listing didn’t include any details, the whole page was blank, and it was quickly taken down.
However, the full product page has now appeared on the staging version of the Bungie Store, which seems to be public. This version of the site listed everything, from the expansion names to all the digital and physical items, giving fans a clear look at what’s coming.
We already knew the name of Edge of Fate, but this listing confirms the title of the second upcoming expansion called Renegades, which was previously known as Codename Behemoth. Both expansions are included in the Year of Prophecy Collector’s Edition, along with some in-game rewards and limited-time items.
The Collector’s Edition comes with both expansions, season passes for each, and a variety of physical and digital items. Players will receive a large statue of the three Guardian classes, Warlock, Hunter, and Titan, all posed while using their Supers.
There’s also a heavy metal badge included in the box. The lore side of things is covered with a manila envelope full of classified papers, which is tied to the new story content.

For in-game content, players will get an exclusive emblem called Paradoxical Impression, along with the full digital soundtrack for Edge of Fate. The product page also teased new story details, confirming that a mysterious location called Kepler for the Edge of Fate expansion.

Destiny 2 Edge of Fate Release Date Revealed?
Digital content, including pre-order codes and the in-game emblem, will be sent to buyers starting May 9. Physical items like the statue, badge, and soundtrack download are expected to arrive by July 15, 2025. This pretty much confirms the previously rumored release date for the Edge of Fate expansion itself, which appears to be launching on July 15, 2025.
