Here’s how to get the Long Arm scout rifle in Destiny 2 Rite of the Nine, along with our recommended PvE and PvP god rolls.

With the launch of the Rite of the Nine event, several dungeons, Prophecy, Ghosts of the Deep, and Spire of the Watcher, have been updated with refreshed loot. One of the returning weapons is the Long Arm, and it’s coming back with a great list of perks.

Long Arm is a 120 RPM Arc scout rifle from the Spire of the Watcher dungeon. It has strong perks for PvP and some interesting utility in PvE as well, especially with Arc builds and seasonal mods.

How to Get Long Arm in Destiny 2

You can get Long Arm by running the Spire of the Watcher dungeon during the Rite of the Nine event. Loot from this dungeon can be attuned, just like in the Into the Light update. Head over to the Emissary in the event social space to attune drops.

Each weapon also has a short quest that rewards you with a free roll once you complete the dungeon.

Recommended loadout tips for Spire of the Watcher:

  • Use Lord of Wolves with a machine gun for the opening encounters
  • Bring The Queenbreaker for the Harpy boss
  • Sleeper Simulant is solid for the final fight

Also, every Rite of the Nine weapon now includes a new origin trait called Gravity Well, which picks up nearby ammo when you reload.

Long Arm also works well in PvE if you’re trying to build Bolt Charge from a safe distance. Rolling Storm complements ability usage very well, too. This roll will let you build up Bolt Charge stacks, picking off smaller enemies.
