This new chapter brings a major change in content delivery, with two full expansions per year instead of one expansion followed by seasonal content. The first expansion, Edge of Fate, launches on July 15, 2025, followed later by Renegades.

All Edge of Fate Pre-Order Editions
There are a total of four different editions available for the Year of Prophecy in Destiny 2. These are:
- The Edge of Fate Standard Edition

- Year of Prophecy Collector’s Edition
Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate Standard Edition
The Standard Edition is the most affordable option, priced at $40 USD. It grants access to the full Edge of Fate campaign and the new raid launching alongside it. This edition also includes one Active Rewards Pass, giving players a taste of the new content model Bungie is rolling out.
Pre-ordering this edition unlocks an Exotic Ghost and a Legendary Emblem right away, both of which are cosmetic in-game items.

The Ultimate Edition is the most complete digital version available and costs $100 USD. It includes everything from the previous editions, plus several exclusive rewards. This edition instantly unlocks the returning Exotic Sniper Rifle called New Land Beyond, along with its ornament and catalyst.

Players can choose to bundle the Collector’s Edition with or without the game code.

Pre-Order Bonus Redemption
