The developer has updated Destiny 2 The Final Shape’s website page with the correct names for new Super abilities.
Destiny 2’s highly anticipated expansion, The Final Shape, has been officially revealed by Bungie during the recent showcase event. In this expansion, Guardians are embarking on a thrilling journey inside the Traveler to confront the Witness, all set on a new destination known as “The Pale Heart.”
Apart from the new destination and a captivating new reveal trailer, the developer also revealed that The Final Shape will release three new Super abilities for the Light subclasses: Void for Titans, Arc for Hunters, and Solar for Warlocks.

Following the showcase event, Bungie released a comprehensive recap article to provide fans with a detailed overview of everything revealed during the event. In this article, the new Light Supers were identified as Song of Flame (belonging to Solar Warlocks), Twilight Arsenal (for Void Titans), and Storm’s Edge (for Arc Hunters).
However, fans noticed a discrepancy on The Final Shape’s product page on Bungie’s official website, where the names of these new Supers seemed to have undergone a sudden transformation. The Warlock Super, initially known as Song of Flame, appeared as Blazing Phoenix, while the Hunter’s Storm’s Edge was now referred to as Blink Blade.
Website Update Confirms Destiny 2 The Final Shape Super Names
Following several comments from fans regarding the new Super names, Bungie pushed out a new update earlier this week for The Final Shape’s product page, ensuring that the Super names were aligned with the ones in the showcase recap article.
Both the showcase recap article and The Final Shape product page now use the same names for the new Supers. Void Titan is called Twilight Arsenal, Arc Hunter is known as Storm’s Edge, and Solar Warlock is called Song of Flame. Below is the official description of each new Super and its corresponding name.
- Twilight Arsenal – Titan: Blades honed by the Void cut through the air. Lift them from the feet of your felled foes and continue the attack.
- Storm’s Edge – Hunter: Dagger in hand, become the Arc flashing in the darkness; the edge of the storm your enemies cannot outrun.
- Song of Flame – Warlock: Unleash your inner phoenix with every attack. Buff your weapons, allies, and harness the living Solar flame.
Along with the new Supers, each of these subclass will also get a new Aspect with the upcoming expansion. The Solar Warlock Aspect grants the ability to create Solar Soul when using the Class ability.
The Void Titan Aspect creates a moving shield when consuming your grenade ability, and the Arc Hunter Aspect allows players to twirl upward when dodging while airborne. This jolts enemies below you while also amplifying you and your nearby allies.
